Requirements:
- Experience: in a similar role or within the tourism/hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; Russian/Ukrainian native speaker. Additional languages are a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of tourism trends and destinations.
- Legal Knowledge: Basic knowledge of travel regulations and visa processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage flight/train ticket and hotel reservations.
- Provide support for visa applications and travel documentation.
- Coordinate travel logistics and assist senior managers.
- Maintain and update travel databases and records.
- Support the preparation of travel itineraries and documents.
- Assist in managing payments and liaising with contractors.
