- Requirements:- At least 6 months of experience in Media Buying or connected fields;
- At least 6 months of experience in a QC department, deep understanding of the goals and key role of the department;
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Analytical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of data;
- Proficiency in office software (CRMs, evaluation tools, MS Office, and Google Docs);
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Analytical mindset;
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian and English. - Will be plus:- Spanish (B1-B2 proficiency);
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Analytics, Administration, or related fields.
Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate the work of Media Buying managers according to internal company standards and regulations;
- Maintain documentation on each review and analysis results;
- Develop recommendations for improving the quality of managers' work based on collected data;
- Provide feedback to managers and team leaders with constructive recommendations for process improvement;
- Monitor and adapt to changes in business requirements and needs.
