As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled Insurance Administration Specialist to manage and optimize our employee insurance programs.

Role Overview:
As an Insurance Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s insurance programs. You will ensure the seamless administration of these programs, act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, and collaborate with insurance providers to maintain high-quality service. This role is vital to ensuring our employees are well-supported in understanding and accessing their insurance benefits.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance administration or benefits management, particularly in health and life insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance program design, including plan enrollment and claims processes.
• Experience in managing insurance provider relationships and negotiating plan terms.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear explanations of complex insurance information.
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Experience working with a large and diverse workforce is preferred.
• Certifications in Insurance Administration or Benefits Management are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Insurance Program Administration:
• Administer employee insurance programs, including health, life, disability, and other supplemental options.
• Manage the smooth operation of insurance plans, including new enrollments, plan updates, and claims processing.

Employee Support & Communication:
• Serve as the main contact for employee insurance questions, providing clear guidance on coverage options and claims procedures.
• Assist employees in understanding their insurance details, including deductibles, co-pays, and benefit limits.

Provider Management:
• Manage relationships with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate policy administration and claims processing.
• Work closely with insurance brokers and providers to resolve coverage or claims-related issues.

Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international insurance regulations.
• Track and report key insurance metrics, such as participation rates, claims costs, and employee satisfaction, to drive continuous program improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
• Regularly assess insurance programs to identify areas for improvement, including cost containment strategies and enhanced coverage.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s insurance offerings remain competitive and effective.
