Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This position aims to contribute strategically to Cluster HR strategy and execution to make sure we support our business strongly and deliver a consistent employee experience across our geography.
Collaborating very effectively with local, regional and global HR team, this position will be leading HR projects at Cluster level on topics of employee engagement, GBS, DEI, training / development and continuous process improvements in our dynamic geography.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Cluster Sr. Director, HR
- Driving implementation of global and local HR initiatives to support people strategy
- Leading the Cluster HR calendar to implement adidas people strategy in close coordination with HR BPs, COEs and Data/analytics and ensure that the calendar is executed well
- Supporting all HR related projects
- Analyzing all HR related processes, planning and implementing needed actions with related parties
- Coordinating with Cluster HR team to ensure standardization of data/ process input and quality
- Ensuring key process and tracking mechanisms are in place to achieve all projects are implemented on time, budget and quality
- Continuously tracking HR KPIs and ensure alignment to global/ regional HR KPIs with a reporting cadence as required by the business to ensure that we address critical HR measures
- Acting as the point of contact for process, policy, presentation and data consolidation needs
- Acting as contact point for the global/ regional HR transformation & projects teams and disseminating information to the market in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- People-focused with an excellent ability to communicate with diverse employees and key stakeholders
- Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
- Strong project management skills, planning and structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Ukrainian)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years progressive work experience in HR, preferably in a retail organization
- Project management experience preferable
- Intercultural work experience
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced MS-office skills, strong SAP experience
