Working Hours: 16.00 — 01.00 (Kyiv time), Monday — Friday
About the role: As a Recruiter, an employee will play a critical role in shaping an organization’s success by identifying and attracting the right talent. Recruiter needs to be resourceful, adaptable, and skilled in both evaluating candidates and fostering positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and identify potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Review applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide guidance and consultation on the selection of candidates.
- Administer assessments, tests, or other evaluation tools as needed.
- Check references and perform background checks on selected candidates.
- Address any candidate concerns and facilitate orientation and training.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.
- Negotiation skills and familiarity with compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
