The Pursuit Excellence Team supports high-stakes tenders and proposals for BDO Germany, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories.

What You’ll Do

Create design that wins

• Design high-quality visual materials for tenders, proposals, and client presentations.
• Translate technical and strategic briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts.
• Develop layouts, visuals, and presentations for both digital and print formats.
• Ensure consistency with BDO’s visual identity while continuously improving and evolving it.
• Apply typography, color, and visual hierarchy to deliver professional, polished results.
• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & support

• Work closely with internal teams and project managers within defined briefs and timelines.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and support teams with visual expertise throughout projects.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (consulting, marketing, or professional services is a plus).
• Strong skills in editorial design, layout, and preparation for digital and print.
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (written and spoken).
• Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Your Tools

• Core: PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Nice to have: Adobe InDesign, After Effects3
