Who We’re Looking For

1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to take ownership of campaigns across multiple channels and help grow our e-commerce presence.
2. If you’re familiar with international markets, especially in the U.S., and enjoy working in a remote setup, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in e-commerce and product/service promotion.
• Proficiency in PPC, social media advertising (Meta, Google Ads), and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure and refine performance.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to optimize e-commerce campaigns.
• Expertise in retention marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a bonus).
• Creative, open-minded, and culturally adaptable, with a readiness to work across teams and regions.

As our Digital Marketer, you will:

1. Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
2. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing strategies efficiently.
3. Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to meet KPIs.
4. Develop and implement creative content strategies for social media, email marketing, and product launches.
5. Introduce innovative ideas to improve customer retention and increase lifetime value.
