Strategic Projects finance manager
The role implies:
• Regular support of the key Company project: buy-side and sell-side M&A’s, corporate restructuring projects, legal entities carve-out, new products/technologies launch, strategic partnerships. Delivering insights for CFO, CEO and the Board for decision making
• E2E lead of the projects from Finance side
• Development and performance analysis of strategic projects. Supervising project calculations, estimating project relevance to company’s investment strategy
• Financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax structuring, financing structuring
• Day to day project management and execution support, information flows coordination and cooperation with project team both internal and external (HQ, strategic consultants, and investment companies)
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in finance;
• 5+ years’ of profile experience (Telco, Big Four, Investment banks/companies) in leading M&A and corporate restructuring projects, managing financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent structuring and presentation skills to prepare complex projects materials for Company management and the Board;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage the projects with clients, consultants, financial institutions, internal stakeholders and HQ representatives;
• Resilience to stress, creativity, practical approach to solving complex problems, ability to process significant amount of information and learn fast. Willingness to grow in the organization to executive positions via demonstrated successful track record
