We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and track invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or delays.
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) entries.
- Support payroll processing.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify discrepancies or issues in transactions and resolve them in a timely manner.
An employee of the Accounting department should know:
- Be able to work in Excel, Google Sheets.
- Be able to find and analyze information.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate).
- Be able to negotiate and business correspondence.
- Know the basics of customer service.
Working hours: from 15:00 till 22:00 from office/00:00 from home (Monday — Friday)
