Position Summary and Key Goals
The Execution Specialist reports to the Head of Execution in Ukraine and supports ADM contract’s execution in Ukraine.
The key goals are:
- To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by rail
- To contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, terminals and carriers about execution matters
Job Responsibilities
- Planning export trains schedule
- Planning/approval delivery at rail terminal
- Contracts execution (contract/surveyor nominations, shipping instructions/docs, sales/freight/service invoices)
- Service invoices paying
Job Requirements
- Higher education, preferably economic/logistics
- At least 1–3-year experience in execution
- Good communication skills
- Ability for cross-functional team work
- Advanced/fluent English
- Result-oriented workstyle
Other Required or Desirable Attributes
- Good team player
- Proactive, accurate and responsible attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks with limited deadlines
