Description/responsibilities:
(1) Procedures management: Employee on-boarding and releasing, weekly and monthly procedures, Management of the vacation/sick day reports of the internal team.
(2) HR management (Employee retention): Employee’s 1x1 meetings, handling urgent issues, employee’s anniversary process, equipment control, events planning, employees benefit plan execution, presents, weekly happy hours, health insurance control, charity activity, employees visits abroad, Trust owners visiting Ukraine.
(3) Operations/Office management:
Providing travel service if needed: hotels, tickets, transfer / taxi, etc.
Cooperation and administrative support to the HR and Accounting department.
Incoming and outgoing correspondence management.
Work with an office printer/scanner.
Managing the processes of deliveries (equipment, documents, etc.) around Ukraine and abroad as well.
Managing the equipment and presents purchase.
Management and control of office supplies.
Preparing different kinds of reports using Google tools and Excel.
Management of English courses process for the whole team.
Management of Health Insurances in different countries
Doing research on the Internet gathering all needed information.
Social media management
Technical must experience:
Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must
Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge
Internet search
Application usage (Nova Poshta, Food deliveries, Internet banking)
Usage of messengers and online-meeting tools: Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom.
Knowledge of business correspondence
