Senior HR Manager

You will:

• Draft company policies, procedures, and standards;
• Coach managers in addressing pressing HR matters concerning their team. Assess staff risks and value;
• Perform all procedures related to employees (employee lifecycle);
• Hold pre-onboarding, onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
• Monitor employee mood (conduct 1-to-1 meetings and provide action plans). Assess staff risks and value;
• Conduct performance reviews and organize/moderate 360 assessments;
• Handle employee offboarding, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback;
• Participate in the development of the L&D direction (educational programs for employees);
• Manage administrative tasks (working with employee documents).

From you:

• 2+ years experience in HR Manager/Business Partner role;
• Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal);
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and you can always find a common language with everyone;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive position;
• Flexible, ready for dynamics and changes;
• Level of English — Upper-Intermediate.
