We announce vacant position Senior Brand Manager (OTC category)
- Annual brand Plan / Business review
- Mid/Long term business strategies
- P&L management
- Market & Share analysis and actions recommendation
- New product introductions / launch plans support development
- Communication adaptation/localization, including detailing materials (for Pharm channel, Healthcare professionals)
- Brand Media Plan alignment/control in line with Strategic Communication Plan (Traditional, Digital)
- In-store KPIs/3D ownership. Picture of success (in-store targets) / vision store implementation
- Marketing Budget management
- Artwork, packaging adaptation/localization
- Agencies management/coordination - creative, research, media, BTL
- The incumbent needs to have a proven track record in marketing at least 4 years on BM position level demonstrating success in P&L management with a strong focus on best in class execution.
- Advanced Pharma Brand Management in top marketing organization, managing multiple brands with diverse positioning is serious advantage
- OTC brands experience as a must
- Exceptional project management, handling multiple tasks, multifunctional lead experience
- People management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
