We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer professional with strong technical skills and a people-oriented approach to join our team as a first-line support specialist for Telcoguard employees.
Location: Warsaw, Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Telcoguard employees' first-line support (remote and onsite).
- Provide first-line support for all entities, with a working proficiency in English.
- Administer accounts and mailboxes for Windows Server, MS Azure, MS Office, and MS Exchange.
- Perform office equipment maintenance, including managing Wi-Fi networks, printers, UPS systems (partially), cabling, laptops, and PCs, as well as troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
- Oversee equipment purchasing, manage related documentation, and negotiate with external service providers.
- Maintain office equipment inventory and stock management.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT-related experience or similar background in customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows/Windows Server OS with some exposure to Linux/macOS.
- Solid experience with MS Office.
- English at B1/B2 level.
- People-oriented and empathetic, with effective communication abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a solid grasp of mechanical concepts and repair techniques, including skills in PC assembly or practical hobbies like bike or car maintenance.
- Skilled in task prioritization to manage workloads efficiently.
- Innovative thinker with diverse knowledge across various areas, enabling effective problem-solving.
- Attentive to the significance of assigned tasks and committed to completing them on time.
- Due to different time zones employees, readiness for late call support or emergency fixing (very rare)
