Junior Associate (Dispute Resolution Practice)

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior associate to join Domestic Litigation Practice team in Kyiv.

Key duties: 

• Drafting procedural documents, letters, e-mails; 
• Interaction with state authorities, courts and other bodies, notaries; 
• Analysis of procedural documents, preparation of reports and opinions; 
• Analysis of judicial practice; 
• Conducting client projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university;
• Previous successful work experience as a paralegal/junior associate for at least 2 years in a reputable international or leading Ukrainian law firm;
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently and in team;
• Strong knowledge of MS office.
