We are expecting

• English Level Upper-Intermediate or Advanced;
• Experience as a project manager in the IT field will be a significant advantage;
• Desire to learn and grow with the company;
• Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Being a result-oriented and highly disciplined person;
• Strong out-of-the-box thinking and decision-making power;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects
• Account management, direct communication with current and prospect clients
• Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and of high quality
• Lead and mentor development teams
