Billing Specialist

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Billing Specialist position.

What to do:

• maintaining billing database, administering billing matters;
• preparing and issuing invoices to clients for provided legal services;
• issuing acts of acceptance to clients;
• preparing and working with legal services agreements with clients and subcontractors;
• controlling settlement of invoices;
• coordinating work with lawyers and financial department, communicating with clients regarding financial, billing issues;
• preparing reports on proceeded billing data;
• working with expenses reports.

What you need:

• 2+ of relevant experience OR University degree in Finance or Economy;
• upper-intermediate English is obligatory;
• experienced user of MS Office;
• experience of work in Terrasoft CRM program will be an advantage;
• knowledge of German will be an advantage;
• analytical and strategic thinking, attentiveness, stress resistance.
