Our client, a globally recognized manufacturer of personal care and hygiene products, offering high-quality solutions in skincare, haircare, oral care, and baby care, is looking for Junior Brand Manager.
With a rich history and strong presence in international markets, this Company continues to expand its portfolio and deliver innovative, consumer-focused products.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in development of brands’ strategy and plans to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, customers’ category needs and changes, competitor’s performance and proactively offer actions addressing issue/opportunities.
- Lead NDPs launch: product / concept qualification, commercialization of launches, alignment with stakeholders.
- Lead planning and execution of brand communication campaigns.
- Closely cooperate with Head Quarter and Local Team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
- Coordinate agencies work to produce high quality marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 1+ year experience in Marketing.
- Leadership Skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creativity and out of the box thinking.
- Proactivity and self-sufficiency skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- Good knowledge of brand marketing and trade marketing basic principles.
- Good knowledge of the market, consumer and shopper trends.
- English language – Intermediate/Upper intermediate.
