Elfa Laboratory LLC, the official distributor of the Elfa Group, invites you to join their team as a Brand Manager Green Pharmacy.
Company office location: Kyiv, Ivana Dziuby Street, 9 (Southern Borshchahivka)
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing or enterprise economics. Candidates with other degrees will be considered if they have at least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist, Trade Marketer, or Export Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Specialist, or Trade Marketer in the FMCG market with non-food products. Experience in sales or with a distribution company as a marketer is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics market will be a plus.
- Proven experience in launching and promoting brands in the Ukrainian and international markets.
- Experience in developing and launching communication strategies.
- Advanced PC user: Excel, ERP, 1C, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
- Analytical and systematic thinking.
- Independence and proactivity.
- Creative approach to problem-solving.
- Focus on achieving business goals while maintaining task quality.
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in public communication and creating presentations for various sales teams, both internal and external.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
Working conditions:
- Official employment from the first working day.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 to 18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand development strategies, promoting the brand in key markets.
- Develop the product portfolio of the brand, including creating and launching new products.
- Design and select packaging.
- Develop a pricing strategy for the brand’s products.
- Prepare and implement brand marketing strategies based on market data analysis, including competitor monitoring.
- Analyze brand performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare POS/POSM materials, banners, visualizations, and photo shoots.
- Collaborate in the creation of video content, product, and educational videos for online channels.
- Create and deliver marketing presentations, update brand books.
- Coordinate the website’s operation.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies and external marketing service providers.
- Work closely with sales departments, participate in negotiations with key clients/distributors.
- Budgeting for the brand.
