Trainee/Junior Customer Support

We are looking for someone eager to learn, regardless of prior experience. If you’re not afraid of deep learning and can communicate confidently in English, we’d love to hear from you! Your age doesn’t matter to us—what's important is your enthusiasm and willingness to grow. We are working on an ERP platform that helps companies in the US and Canada automate business processes: from accounting and warehouse reporting to dispatching. Our clients are critical professionals responsible for installing security systems and fire safety inspections.

 Who we are looking for:

• proficient in English at a B2 level or higher, with confidence in both spoken and written communication
• ability to effectively communicate with U.S.-based office
• strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating Excel spreadsheets

 It’s a plus If you have

• experience working with CRM systems or ERP platforms
• basic knowledge of accounting. If terms like debit and credit are more than just words to you, you’re exactly who we need.

Our project has a 14-year history and comes with extensive documentation. We need someone who can learn quickly and absorb information efficiently. You should be prepared to read extensively and handle large volumes of data. But don’t worry — we’ll provide all the training you need to adapt and succeed in this role.
