PR & Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing enthusiast seeking a versatile role? We're seeking a PR & Marketing Manager for a non-tech project.  In this position, you'll craft marketing strategies, coordinate ads campaigns, manage social media, conduct market research, and create compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to reach the target audience via suitable channels
• Developing and executing marketing promotion strategies
• Designing content strategy as part of the overall marketing plan
• Generate marketing content for a website, social media, forums and media
• Regular interaction with SEO, PPC, and Design subcontractors
• Launching advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Email, Google
• Design and execution of PR and event

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience (B2C), preferably with services
• Knowledge and practical experience in SEO, SMM, or PPC. 
• Strong content marketing, Storytelling and copywriting skills
• Desire and ability to organize subcontractors (clear task definition, deadline and result quality control)
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian and English language, both grammatically and syntactically.
• Creative thinking that reflects in advertising, setting apart a transformational psychologist from colleagues in a similar niche
• Understanding market trends
