Wholesale Agri Company represents a new breed of Ukrainian businesses that abide to high ethical and moral principles in doing business from the very start. The Company performs herbs, fruits procurement, quality control, storage and sales (B2B segment).

THE OPPORTUNITY

Your main goal is creating new partnerships with international customers from the tea, beverage and phytopharmaceutical industries, reaching sales targets, generating revenue and contributing to our rapid growth in global markets. As Sales&Marketing B2B Manager you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, building strong customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attracting potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, e-mails, B2B- platforms, etc;
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company`s objectives for products;
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, direct mails, etc.
  • Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy;
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets;
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions;
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of Sales&Marketing B2B Manager experience;
  • Proven track record of being able to successfully complete a full sales cycle;
  • Have excellent business etiquette and follow up procedures.
  • Detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and extremely diverse teams to drive results.
  • University bachelor or above is required.
  • English, Ukrainian, Russian — fluent, German, Polish — an advantage.
