Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic college students or recent graduates to join our team as a Junior Marketing Analyst (Trainee). This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in marketing analytics, providing valuable exposure to digital marketing campaigns, market research, data analysis, and reporting. If you are eager to learn about marketing strategies and analytics in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

As a trainee, you will work closely with the marketing team to support data-driven decision-making and help optimize our marketing efforts. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in areas such as campaign performance tracking, customer behavior analysis, and competitive market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, customer engagement, and web traffic.
• Support the marketing team in collecting and interpreting data from digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
• Help with market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and improve customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Participate in developing and testing new ideas for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing customer behavior patterns across various platforms and channels.
• Learn how to use key marketing and analytics tools to drive insights and recommendations.

Requirements:Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics, and CRM systems is a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data reporting.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a willingness to collaborate and learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other marketing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Tableau) is a plus.
• Prior coursework or internship experience in marketing, business analytics, or a related field.
