Senior Associate / Associate (Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice)

We are looking for talented and motivated Senior Associate / Associate for our Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice. 

The Bankruptcy and Restructuring team  is exceptionally skilled at handling debt recovery and collection disputes for renowned Ukrainian and foreign multinational companies, with experience in representing both lenders and borrowers. The practice offers solid expertise in corporate and debt restructuring, with sound and up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices.

Job Requirements:

- 3+ years of work experience required for Associate position and 5+ years for Senior Associate.

- Attorney's license

- Proven track record of representation of clients in commercial, administrative, civil process

- Experience of representation of creditors\ debtors in bankruptcy process

- Experience in the preparation of procedural documents

- Upper Intermediate English proficiency required for working with foreign multinational companies.

- Client-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively

- Strong drafting skills for legal documents and written consultations

- Project management experience

- Desire for professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in disputes in various courts.

- Prepare procedural documents.

- Develop legal positions for clients and identify risks.

- Draft legal documents (legal memoranda, agreements, legal opinions, letters of advice, etc.).

- Monitor, analyze, and provide recommendations on current court practices, precedent-setting court decisions, and legal conflicts.

- Participate in PR activities, including press engagements and events.
