EVERLEGAL is expanding its Corporate and M&A practice and is looking for a senior associate to join our Kyiv office!

Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
- 4+ years of professional experience at one of the TOP-10 Ukrainian law firms
- Excellent command of English (including legal English) and Ukrainian is a MUST (please be realistic about your level of proficiency)
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law, civil and commercial law; previous experience in Corporate/M&A
- Foreign LL.M. will be an advantage
- Expertise in energy projects, including renewables, infrastructure and real estate is desirable but not mandatory (we will teach you nuts & bolts)
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases

- Excellent research, analytical and legal writing skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to interact directly with clients
Responsibilities:
- M&A advisory and transactional work (due diligence, structuring, negotiating and drafting transactional documents;)
- Advising on various corporate (including post M&A), commercial, capital controls and regulatory matters
- Participation in negotiations
- Managing and coaching junior colleagues
- Business development efforts will be appreciated (incentives in place)
