We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth and lead our sales and marketing teams. In this key role, you will align revenue-focused strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion. The CRO will shape the company’s go-to-market approach, improve customer acquisition and retention, and foster a high-performing, integrated team to maximise growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven leadership in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT outsourcing or software services industry.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue.
  • Experience in defining and implementing high level marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, particularly in IT outsourcing or enterprise software services.
  • Expertise in modern marketing tools, techniques and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, lead generation and other acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing AM strategies to maintain and scale the current portfolio with the delivery team.
  • Automation and AI geek.
