Our client is one of a leading IT system integrator and telecommunication systems in Central and Eastern Europe. In Ukraine since 2016. Due to company`s expansion we are looking for - Sales department assistant.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare commercial offers, contracts and other documents with is connected to sales.
- Maintain a database of clients and update information in CRM-system.
- Process client`s requests and provide information support.
- Process orders and their further support.
- Communication with clients and partners.
- Coordination of meetings, presentations and internal activities of sales department.
- Organize participation in the exhibitions, seminars and other promotional events.
- Organize business trips, booking tickets and hotels.
- Do the other tasks at the request of the head of sales department.
Skill Requirements:
- University degree.
- Experience in administrative or customer service area.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
