Position of Logistic Intern in Market Operation Department is a good possibility to start your career in logistic at multinational company with well-known brands.

Your role:

• Contact with logistics providers;
• Organization and coordination of warehousing processes;
• Planning, coordination, and control of co-packing processes (packing of sets, bundles, unpacking of coloration);
• Processing orders for delivery of products (samples, gifts) to the office or courier to the regions, and subsequent write-off;
• Provide the necessary support to other departments (local articles, additional information related to co-packing);
• Accounting for local articles and providing numbers of marketing and trade marketing according to their requests;
• Weekly provision of information on the actual availability of POSM;
• Documentation and organization of shipments for charity and recycling;
• MD verification, correction and preparation;
• Maintain the actual reconciliation of goods with the warehouse stock on weekly\beweekly basis;
• Control stock and purchasing of boxes for co packed goods. Control stock and order UA labels;
• Enter prices, discounts to SAP;
• Preparation of order blank for customers;

Your skills:

• 1 year experience in logistic will be a plus;
• Higher education in Logistic, Economics or Management;
• Intermediate knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects and set priorities;
• Flexible and ready to learn;
• Good team player.
