About the job As Operations Manager you will conduct all operational aspects of service execution to maintain the stability of company service.
Main Responsibilities:
- performing various tasks according to established standard operating procedures;
- being responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient communication between the company and the client;
- preparing and tracking transit records, report and issues;
- managing embarkation and disembarkation procedures;
- monitoring and improving operational performance of service providers.
Main Requirements;
-  university diploma;
- 1-2 year of experience in the similar field;
- fluent English, both spoken and written;
- analytical skills and ability to solve basic problems;
