Back office manager (with English)

FAVBET is an Entertainment Tech company founded in 1999. We develop betting and gaming services. We sponsor sports and support their development.

FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsoring teams in the Premier League and regional championships. We participate in the development of betting and gaming culture. We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations and monitor compliance with age restrictions for players.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level (Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage);
• You are positive, attentive and easy to communicate with;
• You are disciplined, punctual, diligent and responsible;
• You are a quick learner and can multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Processing emails from customers;
• Solving problematic issues through communication with other departments;
• Translation of internal documentation.
