Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Payroll Accountant, Payroll team in Lviv.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in:
- Payroll calculation (oncycling and offcycling payments): analysis and processing of data in the system, payments to employees accounts;
- Payroll reconciliation: ensure reconciliation of the oncycling and offcycling payments due to requirements;
- Posting to GLs and Vendors;
- Payroll reports internal and external;
- Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
- Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices;
- Conduct participation in testing of SAP installation-specific settings.
- Knowledge of UA Legislation;
- Sick-leaves, vacations calculations.
Main requirements:
- 1 year of experience in salary calculation for Ukrainian enterprises;
- University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
- Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);
- Good analytical and time-management skills;
- Knowledge of English both written and verbal (intermediate: spoken and written).
