Warranty Specialist Aftersales

Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Warranty Specialist Aftersales

Responsibilities:

• Dealer network consulting regarding warranty topics and recall campaigns;
• Implementation of the warranty instructions according to the manufacturer's recommendations;
• Analysis of the warranty statistic from the dealer network;
• Warranty inspection and control of damaged parts;
• Revision of warranty documents and audit of warranty process of the dealer network;
• Recall campaigns coordination.

General requirements:

• Higher degree (in engineering or economics);
• Fluent English (at least B1), 
• German would be an advantage;
• Deep knowledge of vehicle structure;
• Expertise in customer protection law and legislative base are advantages;
• Readiness to business trips;
• Driver experience;
• Personal qualities we are looking for: high motivated, purposeful and hardworking person, focused on result.

Обов'язки:

• Надання консультацій дилерській мережі щодо гарантійних питань та відзивних кампаній; 
• Виконання гарантійних інструкцій відповідно до рекомендацій виробника; 
• Аналіз статистики гарантійних випадків по дилерській мережі; 
• Гарантійний огляд та контроль пошкоджених деталей; 
• Ревізія гарантійних документів та аудит гарантійного процесу в дилерській мережі;
• Координація відзивних кампаній.

Загальні вимоги: 

• Вища освіта (інженерна або економічна); 
• Володіння англійською мовою на розмовному рівні (B1 та вище); німецькою - як перевага; 
• Знання будови автомобіля; 
• Знання законодавства про захист прав споживачів та законодавчої бази буде перевагою;
• Готовність до відряджень; 
• Досвід водіння; 
• Особисті якості:  високий рівень мотивації, цілеспрямованість, працьовитість, орієнтація на результат.
