Sales manager / Drivers Recruiter

We are a transportation company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA. We are looking for a Drivers Recruiter/HR for one of our projects (US-based trucking company).

Responsibilities:

• Interviews with potential drivers
• Searching for potential candidates
• Hiring drivers
• Preparing and gathering of all the necessary documentation
• Signing agreements with drivers
• Getting feedback from drivers/owner operators regarding the company/their work/etc

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Spoken Spanish from Intermediate+
• Spoken English Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Good writing skills
• Experience in sales will be a plus
• Quick learner

Conditions:

• Shift: M-F from 14:00 
• Official employment  
• Competitive salary (base + bonuses)
