English teacher

That’s why we’re currently seeking an English Teacher to support the professional development of our employees by enhancing their English language skills.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A native British English speaker.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, especially in conducting professional training sessions for groups.

• Proven experience in creating engaging and effective training programs.

• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

• Ability to adapt training programs to meet the specific needs of the group.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Conducting group and individual classes at a C1 level.

• Developing and implementing a training program focused on improving English language skills for success in the legal field.

• Monitoring progress and adjusting training plans to suit the needs and abilities of each group member.

• Collaborating with the leaders of the Icon.Partners team to identify key aspects of English language learning and enhance the professional skills of our employees.

Main tasks for an English teacher:

1. Conducting Lessons:

   Planning and delivering lessons for company employees, focusing on their needs and language proficiency levels.

2. Developing Educational Materials:

   Creating and adapting curricula, online textbooks, presentations, assignments, and other materials.

3. Assessing Language Proficiency:

   Conducting tests and exams to evaluate students' progress and determine their overall proficiency level.

4. Individual Approach:

   Identifying individual needs of students and adapting lessons accordingly.

5. Consultations:

   Providing guidance and consultations on language learning and practical usage.

6. Maintaining Documentation:

   Filling out reports and other documentation related to the learning process.

7. Providing Feedback:

   Regularly giving feedback to students about their progress, recommendations for further learning, and feedback on homework assignments.

Company Details:

• Company staff: 50-60 people

• Employment: Full-time (8 hours a day)

• Group classes by proficiency level from B1 to C1: 7-9 people per group (on average, 5-6 groups)

• Duration of one group lesson: 1.5 hours (twice a week with each group)
