Teaching Partner (асистент вчителя)

We are currently seeking a Teaching Partner (асистент вчителя) to join our team and support our dedicated teaching staff in delivering exceptional educational experiences to our students.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Responsibilities
Assist the teacher with regular lessons and learning activities using different collaborative models
Work with individual students or small groups under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher using established criteria as outcomes
- Build and maintain successful relationships with students, treating them consistently, with respect and consideration and being concerned for their development as learners
Substitute teachers and teaching partners as required
Supervise the class when a teacher is not in the room, during transition around school, on school trips
Assisting with clerical duties such as attendance, copies, resource collection, collecting field trip and other parent forms, and creating classroom and / or hallway bulletin boards
Translate for the teacher as necessary
Attending professional development when directed by school administration
