Technical Writer (User Docs)

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience working in a technical writing position with a focus on IT-related topics.

• Advanced level of proficiency in English.

• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Desired 
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MadCap Flare or other enterprise-grade documentation software.

• Experience with data protection practices and techniques.

• Familiarity with virtual/cloud environments and their management.

• Background in IT administration and troubleshooting.

• Higher education in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities:

• Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced technical writer to join our team. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation that meets the needs of our users.
• In this role, you will work closely with our Product Managers, Quality Assurance team, and Developers to create easy-to-use instructions for our products and services. You will have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
• To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to create high-quality end-user documentation that meets industry standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating existing product documentation, as well as developing new types of user documentation such as Best Practices and Evaluators’ Guides.
• As part of your duties, you will review articles created by other writers and standardize content across the Help Center to ensure consistency and accuracy.
