Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PPC strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn) based on marketing KPIs.
- Identify and test new, cost-effective advertising channels.
- Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage retargeting campaigns across various platforms to re-engage audiences and drive conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine campaign targeting and efficiency.
- Create compelling ad copy, perform A/B tests for ads and landing pages, and optimize for higher conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, ad content, and targeting based on data insights to improve quality scores, CTR, and ROAS.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms to achieve campaign goals.
- Generate and analyze detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience promoting B2B products through PPC campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize campaigns that drive high CTR, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
- Proven experience running advertising campaigns for the U.S., European, LatAm, Spain, and South African markets.
- Strong proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and experience with data analysis to gain actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Excellent budget management skills, with a track record of efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with additional platforms like YouTube Ads, advertising networks, or emerging PPC platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking and managing campaign performance.
- Knowledge of A/B testing principles and experience with ad copy and landing page optimization.
