Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an event coordinator
- Fluent English
- Hands-on experience with offline marketing activities (such as trade shows, seminars, conferences, presentations, trainings, Lunch & Learns)
- Strong time management, project management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under deadline pressure and on several event projects at once
- Creativity and knowing ways and tools for event lead generation
- Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and development of event concepts.
- Partner educational programs: develop and coordinate on-demand partner educational programs
- Communication: communicate with partners and internal teams to learn and clarify all event details including the preparation of the event content (presentations, solution briefs, banners, emails, registration pages, Social Media posts).
- Event Content Preparation: prepare event content (presentations, solution briefs, banners, emails, registration pages, Social Media posts etc) in collaboration with the content and design teams.
- Launching promotion Campaigns: Prepare and set tasks for event promotion campaigns to email automation and advertising teams.
- Logistics: Collaborate with operations team to deliver necessary marketing collaterals to the event.
- Lead generation: Plan and launch the event promotion campaign through various channels, including social media, advertising, email campaigns, and company websites.
- Registration and Attendance: Manage and control event registrations, reminders and follow-ups.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback from attendees, analyze event success, and prepare post-event reports.
- Lead nurturing: Plan and coordinate post-event lead nurturing campaigns.
- KPIs traking: Evaluate leads conversion and ROI.
