MicroBilt Ukraine is looking to hire a full-time experienced litigation attorney with hands on commercial litigation and contracts experience to provide comprehensive counsel-level support to our General Counsel involving US-based commercial litigation matters. Successful candidates will have at least 5+ years' experience focused on US-based commercial litigation. Work from Ukraine on cases in the USA. Resume should be in English!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead attorney in handling all aspects of litigation, including research, writing, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Drafting and answering discovery requests and discovery responses
• Participating in, or administering large document database management, review and coding, and document production when needed on complex cases.
• Preparing for depositions
• Assisting in all aspects of strategy, development, and preparation for hearings.

Qualifications

• Active law license, preferably in the US
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in commercial business litigation.
• Must have strong, high-level research and writing skills and a good understanding of US state and federal law and litigation rules and strategies.
• Experience in helping senior lawyers with hearing, trial and courtroom preparation, and other litigation and document management support.
• English language level - Advanced
