REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Technical Lead
- Strong hands-on backend skills (Golang, PHP)
- Experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Ownership mindset, responsible for technical decisions and delivery
- English, Intermediate or higher
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Technical Lead of the product
- Take full ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage the full software development lifecycle and engineering roadmap
- Design and drive the system architecture and technical implementation
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security
- Drive technical innovation, tool selection, and engineering best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support and mentor the engineering team
- Actively contribute as a hands-on engineer and participate in product development
- Continuously improve and evolve the product architecture and technical quality
