We are looking at talent and passionate Video Editor from Ukraine to join our team remotely and bring our proven strategies to life.
Overview Position: As a Video Editor, you will play a creative role in creating high-performance Facebook and TikTok video ads following or detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). You'll craft engaging, modular video content that grabs attention, communication value, and action. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to master the art of video ads and hone skills that will serve you for a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit Modular Videos: Create videos with multiple hooks, bodies, and CTAs to allow for extension A/B testing.
- Find Relevant Content: Source natural and engaging video clips from platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok that resonate with our target audio.
- Imposition AI Tools: Utilize AI tools like ElevenLabs, TikTok Symphony, and PlayHT for voiceovers and UGC-style content creation.
- Remove Metadata: Ensure video compliance by removing metadata to avoid platform Detection issues.
- Address to Best Practices: Follow our detailed SOP to create ads that are visually stylating and emotionally engaging while avoiding progibited content.
- Research Proven Ads: Use tools like the Facebook Ads Library to analyze top-performing ads and apply learning to your work.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Content Sourcing: Ability to research and source content creation from various platform.
- AI Familiarity: Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools for voiceover and UGC creation.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed constructions and insure high-quality output.
- Creative Mindset: Understanding of visual storytelling, virtual content, and attention-grabbing hooks.
- Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency for efficient collaboration with the US-based team.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in creating video ads for Facebook or TikTok.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and consumer psychology.
