Personal Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO of our international IT company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, including managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information. This position requires flexibility to travel extensively and relocate when necessary, reflecting the global nature of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips around the world to provide on-site assistance.
- Oversee personal errands, events, and commitments for the CEO.
Manage expense reporting of the CEO.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel extensively and relocate internationally as needed (normally half time).
- Valid passport and ability to obtain required travel documentation.
- Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
