TASKS

Methodological Leadership:

• Providing teachers with consultations and necessary support in lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
• Assisting in the development and improvement of teaching skills through regular guidance and training to ensure 10/10 excellence

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Conducting systematic observations during lessons and collecting well-founded feedback for further analysis.
• Assessing the quality of the teaching process and developing recommendations for improvement.

Research and Innovation:

• Exploring and implementing new approaches, methodologies, and technologies in education and organizing the learning process effectively

Material Creation and Course Development:

• Designing and creating educational materials, courses, and thematic lessons to enhance the overall learning experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English C1+
• Language Proficiency Certifications (IELTS, TOEFL etc.) or/and Teaching Skills Certifications (TESOL, CELTA)
• Ability to work with textbooks and educational materials.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to work on assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
