Обов'язки:

• Надавати інженерну підтримку на місці для клієнта, технічних спеціалістів та наглядачів на бурових майданчиках протягом усіх етапів роботи.
• Основна технічна підтримка систем продуктової лінійк та їх компонентів.
• Взаємодія з буровою бригадою та консультації з бурильником або представником компанії щодо подій чи проблем, виявлених під час операцій.
• Виконання щоденного профілактичного обслуговування та усунення несправностей обладнання за необхідністю.
• Допомога у складанні оцінок часу, витрат та праці для виконання завдань.
• Рекомендації щодо покращення методів, продуктивності та якості для підвищення ефективності.
• Відповідальність за щоденний звіт, ведення записів подій та правильне управління базою даних усіх даних свердловини.
• Участь у ранкових нарадах та телефонних конференціях за необхідністю.
• Написання щоденних та заключних звітів.
• Участь та контроль монтажу та демонтажу обладнання.
• Надання надійного, швидкого та ввічливого обслуговування клієнтів Weatherford.

Вимоги:

• Бакалаврська ступінь з нафтогазової інженерії, електротехніки, механічної інженерії, хімії, електромеханіки, електронної інженерії є бажаною.
• Вільне володіння англійською та українською мовами.
• Відмінні комунікативні навички.
• Сильні навички вирішення проблем, критичного мислення, суджень та прийняття рішень.
• Сильна робоча етика та лідерський потенціал.
• Доведена здатність працювати в команді.
• Водійське посвідчення категорії B.
• Комп'ютерна грамотність.

This is an entry level role, ideal for a Graduate/fresh Graduate with an engineering degree.

This is a hands-on role, you are directly working the equipment, machinery and systems; requiring precise instrumentation/operation. Duties may involve some technical elements, but you’ll be mainly focused on operating equipment, machinery and systems. You’ll be part of a great team, a great culture and work in a supportive environment. In this role you’ll provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on equipment in the shop and the field. In addition, you will help generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services.

Requires extensive travel both domestically and internationally and extended stays away from home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite Engineering support for the client, Technical Specialists and Well Site Supervisors on location throughout all phases of the job.
• Primary technical support for product line systems and its components.
• Interact with the rig crew and advise driller or company man of events or problem identified during operations.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Assist in time, cost, and labour estimates for completion of job assignments.
• Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
• Responsible for daily report, records of events and proper database management of all well data.
• Attend morning meetings and conference calls as necessary.
• Writing daily and end of well reports.
• Assist in the rig up and rig down of equipment.
• Provide reliable, prompt, and courteous service to Weatherford's customers.
• Isolate and solve complex problems on the job site with the assistance of our technical support groups.
• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Personal career development through external and internal technical and non-technical training.
• You will be required to work in a field and an outdoor setting for extended hours, at times, in extreme climates.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum, Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Electromechanical, Electronic Engineering is preferred.
• Fluent English, fluent Ukrainian
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• A strong work ethic and leadership potential.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Driving licence B
