Dinternal Education, an international educational company and exclusive Pearson representative in Ukraine, is seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Consultant/ELT Methodologist to join our growing team.

The Opportunity:

As an Academic Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of English language teaching in Ukraine. You will:

Deliver engaging webinars, workshops, and consultations to teachers and students across the country.

Promote innovative teaching practices using authentic materials and modern technology.

Contribute to the development of high-quality learning resources.

Collaborate with our team to ensure the delivery of exceptional training experiences.

We are particularly interested in candidates based in Kyiv.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Full-time contracts offer salary of 30,000 - 42,000 UAH per month (depending on experience and qualifications). 

Benefits: Full-time employees enjoy 24 days of paid holiday per year, plus sick pay.

Flexibility: We offer full-time position, with the opportunity to discuss working hours and compensation individually.

Qualifications and Experience:

Native-like English proficiency (C1 level)

Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in either the state teaching sector (primary, secondary, or university) or private language school sector.

Strong knowledge of ELT methodology and current trends.

Experience using modern English language teaching materials.

International teaching qualifications (TKT, CELTA, DELTA) are a strong advantage.

Experience in developing learning materials is a plus.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with various online platforms.

Ability to work effectively remotely as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct book presentations and workshops.

Create and deliver engaging teacher training webinars and workshops.

Develop original English language learning resources.

Conduct in-house training sessions for the Dinternal team.

Conduct offline training sessions for the customers (teachers).

Conduct online/offline technical trainings for digital platforms
