Marketing manager

What you will do:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with our audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with influencers.
- Monitor and report on marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and pet care.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B environment. 
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
