Truck recruiter (USA market)

Altex Logistics is a logistics company operating at USA market for more then 13 years. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Truck CDL Driver Recruiter to join our team and focus on the USA market. Working hours GMT -6 (Chicago time zone). It's 16.00 - 24.00 Ukrainian time zone

Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit truck drivers 

- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and skills 

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates  

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry 

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices Requirements:

What we DO expect:

- Proven experience in recruiting truck drivers or related positions not less then 2 years

- Knowledge of the trucking industry and regulations 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus Benefits
