Business Assistant

Wave Cleaning Inc - is furniture cleaning company in premium segment, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

For now, we are looking for a Business Assistant  who will join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities. The role involves managing calendars, handling communications and assisting in various business-related tasks.

We will offer:

1. Salary: $1000 + bonus;
2. Schedule: 7 days a week, floating weekends, with schedule from 9  am till 6 pm NY time zone;
3. Remote work format, always on the phone with CEO;
4. Opportunity to study and develop in this field.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field 
• Proven experience in administrative or assistant roles 
• Strong organisational and time management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Conversational and written English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced;

Preferred Skills: 

• Familiarity with Project management tools
• Experience in business analytics or data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
