We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to drive our sales efforts and grow with our company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

- Report on sales activities and performance to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

Compensation:
