We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Support Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires excellent English language skills, clear pronunciation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the issue.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- High level of teachability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Availability to work 6-8 hours a day.
- Independent of power outages (having a laptop with a good battery, UPS, or generator is a significant advantage).
